- Your position – if you are leaving an existing job to take something new your negotiating point is different that if you were previously unemployed.
- Your charachter – a great candidate that is impressive in the interview stage only to become a demanding manipulative communicator during the negotiation stage is a huge red flag for the employer. Having a strategy for your negotiation is not only nescessary but also clever.
